(S157) Complaint about noise disturbance at a student property in Woodstock Avenue, Cotham, in the early hours of 16 June 2021.
Resident says: "This morning at 3.30 a small group outside [xx] Woodstock Ave playing music and shouting. University has been informed."
He also reports "anti-social behaviour" several days earlier at the same address, again in the early hours, and a further incident, possibly involving a nearby property in Rokeby Avenue. "Both incidents involved large groups, which violates Covid guidelines."
"There is no doubt that they were all student-related and I contacted the university about each of them. (I believe other residents in the street also contacted the UoB and [Operation] Beech)."
