(23019) Complaint about anti-social behaviour in Trelawney Road, Cotham, on night of 28-29 October, including a loud party, noisy groups on the street and a "terrifying" incident in which a firework came close to hitting a resident.

Besides the firework incident, this report mentions loud music being played in the vicinity, the source of which was not identified, as well as "a constant stream of Halloween-costumed students walking up and down Trelawney Road shouting and screaming."
The report cites at least nine instances in which residents or police asked passing groups to be quiet.
