(22042) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Trelawney Road, Cotham, in the evening of 26 October 2022.
Resident wrote to UoB: "Just a note to say I called round to [xx] Trelawney Road last night around 11-30 due to excessive noise. It was someone's birthday and there was a significant gathering of people who claimed they couldn't hear me knock (as I say, it was pretty noisy).
"The female students I spoke to were polite and apologetic but noise levels didn't reduce much until they all went out around 11-45, at which point they all stood in the street yelling at each other before peace finally descended."
