(21070) Report of a noisy party at a property in Rokeby Avenue on 9 October 2021.

Resident says: "I spoke to some new guests at 12am as they were arriving noisily and they did apologise. Operation Beech were called by other residents and they did visit the property."

" ... the neighbours who were most affected told me that after Operation Beech attended the noise seemed to go down but then the party carried on until 3.30am."
