(21059) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Pitville Place, Cotham Hill, on the night of 25-26 September 2021.

Resident says: "Music started at 9.50pm, was still going at 1am-ish when [my partner] went round and told the students to shut their windows and turn the music down. This they did."
