(21058) Complaint about noise disturbance in Oakfield Place on 24 September 2021.
A resident says as many as three properties may have been involved in what he describes as "a loud house party" with loud bass music and "people shouting on the roof", leading him to contact the Operation Beech police patrol.
"The disturbance took place on 24/09 at around 23.30-ish. ... it definitely would have gone on well into the early hours if I hadn’t contacted Beech.
He was unclear precisely which of the three properties the sound was coming from. " ... The noise was very loud so may well have been all three properties! It was clearly obvious to [Beech] officers where the noise was coming from as they spoke to [the] tenants and the noise was switched off sharpish ..."
He notes that he complained about two of the three properties in July/August and UoB investigated, confirming that both properties housed students.
