(21061) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Mortimer Road, Clifton, on the night of 29-30 September 2021.
Resident says: "The First Floor Flat and friends began partying by 9.00 pm, lots of music and noise. This was still going on at midnight. I texted Operation Beech, a male and female police officer arrived promptly, entered the building and spoke to the tenants and the music was turned off. The gathering continued – it was still going at 2.30 am ... but with the windows closed so much more muted."
