(S106) Complaint about noise at a property in Mortimer Road, Clifton, on the night of 19 September 2020.
Resident says noise began at the back of the house at around 11pm and that subsequently a student was seen climbing on scaffolding.
The complaint also refers to a previous incident at the same address on the night of 5/6 September.
