* Lansdown, 30 Oct: 'Noise into early hours'

(22047) Complaint about a student party at a property in Lansdown Road, Chandos, on the night of 29/30 October 2022.

A resident whose house backs on to Lansdown wrote to UoB: "There were at least 5 people out in the tiny backyard—the kitchen door was open—and lots of people in the kitchen extension.

"At 11:30 I shouted out the window for them to go inside and to shut the back door. I was totally blanked by the people outside ... I shouted again a few minutes later, and they said they’d shut the kitchen door; however, they didn’t go inside and continued talking. ... A while later my partner shouted at them but it still had no effect."

The resident says her bedroom window was closed, "but you could still hear noise, which went on until the early hours."
