(21079) Two residents have complained about noise disturbance at a property in Lansdown Road on the night of 27-28 October 2021.
Resident1 says: "I have reported a loud party at [xx] Lansdown Road to Operation Beech ... ."
Resident2 says: "Last night the students at [xx} Lansdown Road had a party involving dozens of students that went on until 3.00am in the morning. Groups continually milled around in the street talking loudly, shouting and yelling. It was continuous. Other residents have reported urinating and vomiting in gardens.
"At about 1.30am I called the police. They spoke to the students, who promised to bring everyone indoors and turn the music down. Within 10 minutes of the police leaving students re-emerged [onto] the street and continued behaving just as they had before. This went on until nearly 3.00am." (In a separate email, Resident2 indicates "the police" refers to Operation Beech.)
"On Wednesday of last week exactly the same thing happened: a party at [the same address] with dozens of students milling in the street, shouting, yelling, slamming doors etc. And it was the same the week before that."
