* Kings House, 28 Jul: 'Excessive noise'

(21032) Complaint about noise disturbance at Kings House student flats, High Kingsdown, on 28 July 2021.

Resident wrote in an email to the property agents: "Noise coming from Flat [xx] (I believe) is excessive. Video (short snippet) taken after 23:15 and noise continues coming up to midnight."


The video captures music and voices from a top-floor room with open windows.
