(21051) Complaint about several cases of noise disturbance on two different dates in September 2021 at student flats in Kings House, High Kingsdown.
A resident reports noise from students "more briefly than before but still disrupting us, as they are leaving and loitering outside the flats." He related this to two instances between 11pm and midnight at two flats, at least one of which has been cited previously. His email also referenced earlier disturbances at the same building on 20 September: "The chanting, singing and profanity from Kings House was absolutely revolting this evening."
In response to that incident, he asked the managing agents, Flats4Students, to use CCTV "to pinpoint those (seemed like 20-plus) who would have woken many neighbours up. [Two flats] appeared to be shouting the loudest."
