(21053) A resident living in Central, near the BRI, reports a student party on 25 September 2021 in Johnny Ball Lane, at a property adjacent to one where multiple disturbances took place in recent weeks.
The resident says in a 1 October email: "Last Saturday there was another party at [x] Johnny Ball Lane with loud noise and students in the garden yelling. Thankfully the landlord responded to my email that night and contacted the tenants about the noise. This led to the noise being turned down and the doors shut but over 13 students moved out into the garden and continued shouting and making noise. I contacted the landlord again and the shouting was reduced to loud talking."
The property is part of a row of houses that are under the same ownership and management.
