(21031) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in the High Kingsdown estate on 27 July 2021.

Resident says in an email to UoB: "[xx] High Kingsdown tenants are having a loud house party which appears to have people just arriving and a big round of hip-hip-hurray.

"It's far too rowdy for me to feel comfortable to break up and Operation Beech is not running tonight."

"I forwarded [a] message noting that [the same property] was a problem last week and that a neighbour did intervene at 3am ..."
