(S113) A first complaint about noise at a property in Hampton Road, between Abbotsford and Aberdeen Roads, in the early hours of 9 October 2020.
Resident emailed UoB at 1.40am and again at 2.20am.
"Since midnight there has been music blasting and loud singing / banging coming from this property. It’s confined to the top/second floor ... I have been around, rang the bell and knocked [on] the door but no one seems to want to answer ... I reported the matter to police ... it seems to have got louder from midnight ... "
