(S146) Noise disturbance at a house in Grange Road, Clifton, on 20 April 2021. This is at least the second time this house has been mentioned in noise complaints this academic year.
Resident reports seeing groups of people arriving at the property. "From 12:30 onwards groups of students congregated outside with the usual noisy chat and laughter. At 1:15 am some began to leave but around 10 stayed outside, preventing any chance of sleep. Students in the garden flat were also involved."
Another resident supported the complaint on behalf of herself and a third neighbour: "In addition to the unacceptable and un-neighbourly levels of noise, it is also very concerning that national lockdown rules are being openly disregarded and flouted."
