(22008) Two residents complained to UWE about noise disturbance at a property in Elmgrove Road, Cotham, on 1 September 2022.
Resident1 said: "We have problems with noisy neighbours at [house number] ... On Thursday night they had a loud party which was broken up by the Police at 1am. Until then they ignored requests to turn the music down and were loud inside the house, in the front garden and street, and in the back garden. I was told it was an 18th birthday party ... They could also be heard in nearby streets. Talking with other neighbours today, many were disturbed and one tried to get the music turned down ...."
Resident 2 said: "I went to [xx] Elmgrove Road at 11pm last Thursday 1st Sept to complain about a party with ... music and shouting/loud talking."
Both residents also mentioned frequent previous noise issues with the same household.
