* Eaton Crescent, June: 'Noisy evenings'
(22067) Complaint about noise disturbance at student flats in Eaton Crescent, Clifton, on several occasions in June 2023.
Resident wrote to UoB: "We have had repeated incidents of noisy evenings from the courtyard of the subject property. I appreciate it is summer and the evenings are for enjoying, but it is past 10pm and we have young children in this and the next-door property, as well as early-rising professionals who need to sleep."
