* Eaton Crescent, 24 Sep: 'Loudest ever'

(22021) Complaint about noise disturbance from student flats in Eaton Crescent, Clifton, on the night of 23-24 September 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "We’ve had a very noisy evening from the back of No [xx} & {xx] Eaton Crescent which resulted in us calling Op Beech at 2245. They responded and the situation calmed.

"We were woken at midnight by extremely loud music. In fact, this is the loudest and most extreme disturbance we have had from the student flats ever. The specific flat was Flat [x] No [xx]. Photo and video evidence is available.

"Needless to say that we have called Op Beech for a 2nd time but we managed to shut it down before Op Beech replied and so advised them that they were not needed.

"Please take action to nip this in the bud. I would also like reassurance from Flats4Students that the issue of noise and the need for consideration of community living was clearly made to them when they took up their new residency."
