* Cotham Vale, 27 Nov: 'Beech attended'

(S124) Complaint about loud party at a student property in Cotham Vale on the evening of 27 November 2020. Operation Beech officers were alerted and attended.

Resident describes "loud music with a heavy bass, shouting and screaming, banging, rooms lit up with colourful flashing lights" and believes there were many people in the property with "visitors knocking on the door during the evening".

The resident says there had been "numerous loud house parties since the new students moved in at the start of the summer" and that these had been reported to the university at the time.
