* Cotham Vale, 18 Jul: Third complaint

(21019) Third complaint about a student property in Cotham Vale, as well as another address, this time in relation to noise disturbance on the night of 17-18 July 2021.

Resident wrote to UoB: "I have been away for a week but have been updated by neighbours on noise from [A] Cotham Vale since the move-in in early July. I am aware that it has been reported to you. Let me add to this by reporting from last night (July 17-18):

"1) garden noise at no. [A], i.e. a gathering of students on their flat roof (therefore elevated and spreading noise further) at 12.15 a.m. I asked them to be quiet as we were trying to sleep and they did quieten down.

"2) ditto at no. [B] at 1.20 a.m. They also apologised and quietened down.

"3) multiple robust male voices in the garden at 5.00 a.m., either no. [C] or [A]. Gave up at that point and just got up."
