(21083) Complaint about noise from a large gathering outside shops in Cotham Hill at 10-30pm on 13 November 2021.
A video shows 20-30 young people of student age, apparently all male, talking loudly on the pavement outside an Indian takeaway and a cards and gifts shop. Although no unruly behaviour is depicted, the noise from the group is substantial.
The resident who recorded it, and lives nearby, says: "It cannot be correct that residents have to suffer this anti-social behaviour on a regular basis. All since the pedestrianisation of Cotham Hill."
Another resident, who lives near the Hampton Park junction, says: "Last night was particularly bad. Large groups like this congregated at the end of Hampton Park and moved down our street sporadically till about 4:30 am."
