(22037) Complaint about a student party in Chertsey Road, Clifton Down, on night of 21/22 October 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "Party at [x] Chertsey Road on Friday, 21st October, with loud music

and a lot of noise from people coming and going. This could be heard in my flat. It appeared that the party was taking place across the whole building. I turned in at 0045hrs and the party was still going strong. The students were obviously ignoring the rules and guidance for living in the community."
