* Brighton, 9 Oct: 'Thumping bass'

(21068) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Brighton Road on 9 October 2021.

Resident says: "Last night around 9pm noise began to ramp up, with loud music and the sound of people gathering growing louder and louder until well beyond 1am and the party could be heard still around 3:15am.

"From what was visible from my home, many students were gathering and making noise in the house and spilling into the back garden. Loud, thumping bass music was also heard (and felt) inside my home. The back windows and door of the student home were open all night, further amplifying the sound and making it extremely difficult to sleep."
