* Brighton, 26 Feb: 'Woken at 3-30am'

(S133) Complaint about noise disturbance at a student property in Brighton Road in the early hours of 26 February 2021.

Resident says: "I was woken up by student behaviour at 3.30am this morning. The students in question were from xx Brighton Road and there was four of them outside the house who appeared to be locked out. They were making a lot of noise as they were trying to climb up the outside of the house to probably try to gain access through a top floor window which was open. One of the students was hanging onto the first-floor windowsill with another trying to help him get further ...."
