* Auburn, 18 Apr: 'Disturbed 3 times'

(S144) Street noise linked to a student property in Auburn Road, Redland, in the early hours of 18 April 2021.

Resident says: "I was disturbed three times last night by young adults talking loudly and shouting in and near Auburn Road. On all three occasions some or all of these people subsequently went into the front garden of [x] Auburn Road ... I later discovered there was a small party under way in the basement."

The resident says he got out of bed to investigate noise from groups approaching or leaving the party at 1-15am, 3-15 and 4-15—on the two later occasions getting dressed and going out to check which address the noise was associated with.
