(23014) Complaint about party at a student house in Ashgrove Road, Clifton Down, on 7 October 2023.

Resident wrote to UoB: "I would estimate up to 40 students gathered outside and inside the property and there was a deep undercurrent of music from within the property. Clearly no thought for neighbours and permanent residents like us. The front door of [xx] Ashgrove Road slams because the spring has presumably gone, so ... it was constantly banging ..."
