* Ashgrove, 4 Jul: 'Too stressful—I moved out'

(22002) Complaint about noise disturbance at a property in Ashgrove Road on 4 July 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "There was a new lot of students that moved in at number [xx] today that have since launched a loud party with thumping music and people talking loudly and shouting outside. I went down and asked them to move inside at 11pm but they ignored my request and the party is still ongoing."

In an email to me three weeks later, the resident (a relative newcomer to Ashgrove Road) said: "I have actually moved out as a consequence of the students at number [xx] as I found it too stressful."

She had previously suffered noise from the same address in June, when it was occupied by a previous student household.
