(S131) Complaint about noise disturbance at student flat in Arlington Mansions, a large block in Arlington Villas, Clifton, in the early hours of Saturday, January 30, 2021.

Resident says: "Shouting and screaming sounds from party at Flat x. ... I took videos at 02:24am and 02:40am—the tenants have *opened* the window in the later video and it's getting even louder. ... Whilst it was past 2am and "out of hours" I also texted Operation Beech to make sure the incident is recorded."
