(22036) Complaint about noise disturbance from a student flat in Arlington Mansions, Clifton, on 21 October 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "Loud shouting and screaming coming from Flat [x] around 21:45 onwards—I could hear it inside my triple-glazed house! Checked with neighbours and confirmed it was Flat [x] and made a short video at 22:30. Neighbours reported to Operation Beech and the noise stopped by 23:00."
