* Alma Vale, 1 Nov: 'Impossible to sleep'

(22049) Second complaint about a property in Alma Vale Road, Clifton Down, this time about a party on the night of 31 October/1 November 2022.

Resident wrote to UoB: "Noise in the garden, plus occasional music. I did ask them to keep the noise down around 12.30am but they didn’t comply. The party went on until past 4.30am and it was impossible to sleep (all our windows were closed). There were a couple of complaints (mine included) to [UoB]. ... I sent the students a note this morning telling them just how disruptive their noise had been, asking for it not to be repeated. I’ll also write to the property management company."

This the second time this academic year that this property has been cited in a noise complaint. The previous occasion was in July—see link below.
