(S148) Complaint about noise disturbance at Alfred Place, High Kingsdown, on 24 May 2021.

Resident wrote to UoB: "[xx] Alfred Place ... is hosting a large party that has spilt on to the road with shouting which is keeping my family, and likely many others, up. As you know it is extremely distressing and causing a real impact to our quality of life through anxiety and loss of sleep."
