* Ravenswood, 8 Aug: Party
(S083) Party involving adjacent properties on the south side of Ravenswood Road, near junction with Woodstock Avenue, on 8/9 August 2020.
A resident who lives in Trelawney Road, backing on to Ravenswood, said in email to UoB: "The music, noise and flashing lights kept us awake until 03:00 hours on Sunday morning."

A second resident says she spoke to the students at 2.45am and some people left not long after that. The following day she took a letter to one of the houses in which she said: "My family and I are completely exhausted today .... Loud group talking was apparent at 10.30pm. As the night progressed, it only got significantly louder – whoops, cries, screams. ... At 2.45am, my children were woken again and I took action by getting dressed and coming to bring the noise to your attention."

A third resident also says her family was disturbed: "... my children were kept awake until 2am."
(Email, 9 August 2020, 23:13, kb)
I observed the event myself shortly after 1am, when there were about a dozen students sat on a front lawn that is open to the street, talking loudly.
