(S031) Noise from student property in Melville Road that was subject to a previous complaint just a day earlier.
A resident says: "The video I took at midnight last night shows about 25 people leaving the property on [x] Melville Rd. (There were already 6-10 outside who had been causing a disturbance.) They were going on to another party. (There were incidents reported on Hampton Rd later.) ... We’ve been kept awake for 5 nights in a row now."

I've advised the resident to report this to the universities and to the police.
