* Roslyn, 9 July: 'Couldn't get to sleep'

(S023) Resident again complains about noise from a student house in Roslyn Road, previously reported on 4 July.

She writes to UoB: "Thursday, 9 July, about 11.40, group of about 8 huddled together on front steps talking loudly. They stayed there until someone shouted at them to shut up and they went inside, but 20 or so minutes later some of them came back outside and remained so for about an hour talking loudly.

"I could hear the conversation with our bedroom windows closed and could not get to sleep until they went in about 1.20 am. Could also hear singing from inside the property, but my main issue is the noise from outside until early hours."
