(S012) Resident complains to UoB about repeated disturbance from student house on south side of Ashgrove Road, most recently in the early hours of 8 July.
"I'm writing to you to complain about students who moved into [xx] Ashgrove Road, Redland. I'm the next-door neighbor, severely affected by their anti-social behaviour. They only moved on Saturday and I've been asking them every day to turn down the music or stop shouting in the garden. Today, I've been woken up by shouting, a few minutes ago. There is a party in progress. It's 1:20am. Door slamming, wild screams and disco music."
