(S001) Noisy group in street in Roslyn Road in early morning of Friday, 3 July.
Resident says at least seven student houses that had been vacated at the end of June were quickly reoccupied by new student tenants and that night-time noise resumed soon after. July is normally a very quiet month.
She says: "Already last night we had a lot of noise in the street at about 1am for about quarter of an hour ... [it then went quiet] but me and my husband got woken up at 2am with lots of noise. A group of 10 sat on the wall of No xx shouting and laughing."
She doesn't know whether the people involved were living at the address she mentions.
