* Hampton, 16 July: 'Noise, despite promise'

(S039) Further report about a student house on Hampton Road, between Abbotsford and Aberdeen Roads, that has already attracted several complaints.

Resident writes to UoB: "Despite the letter the tenants of [xx] Hampton Road delivered to residents a few days ago promising to keep noise to a minimum etc, I have sent you [video] of the aftermath of one of their house parties spilling out into the main road. The recording is at 0015hrs ... You will note my concerns of the loud noise, resting on bins, groups hanging around cars. I counted at least 20 [people]."
